The Bull Inn is the oldest pub in Paisley, established in 1901. The pub retained many of the Paisley inn’s original features including it's stained glass windows, snugs and bar frontage. The Bull Inn offers menus for adults and children, including light snacks and sandwiches, and traditional pub food all cooked to order. At the time of writing they had a 'kid's eat free' promotion. Canal Station is a contemporary bar and restaurant located next to Paisley Canal Street railway station, offering first class dining with impeccable service. Kilty Kilty was established in March 2007 and brought an orignal concept to Paisley. The unique bar features a warm Scottish themed interior with a delicious menu built around traditional Scottish food. Even the staff are kitted out in traditional attire. KIlty Kilty is independently owned with friendly staff, standards and service and offer full disabled access and facilities. They also offer a children's menu. THE LAST POST, County Square, Paisley Ph: 0141 8496911
Located in the former post office, the pub occupies two floors, and is part of the JD Wetherspoon chain. The Last Post has a good reputation for breakfasts, and is very handy for Paisley Gilmour Street station, and an idea stopover on the way to Glasgow Airport. CARRIAGE 27 BAR & GRILL, 44 Old Sneddon Street, is a new bar & grill concept open in the town centre next to Paisley Gilmour Railway Station. Ph: 0141 8892727. Their kids menu is £2.95, and includes one of the following: soup & bread, sandwich (strawberry jam, Nutella, ham & cheese), sausage & mash, chicken goujons & fries, mini burger & fries. All offered with a choice of fruit juice.

PAISLEY FOOD COURT, Second Level, Paisley Centre, High Street
This bright area is ideal for families, and features Sisters Cafe, Taste of China and Lee's Kitchen. There is seating for 108 people.

 

 

 

 

KWANG TUNG, 39-41 George Street, Paisley Ph: 0141 889 9586
This restaurant has a history dating back to the sixties, making it one of the first Chinese establishments in Paisley. Enjoy a relaxing meal with pleasant surroundings, soft background music and air conditioning. The special attention you will receive from the excellent cooks and experienced waiters is afforded to every customer. Kwang Tung is not in the town centre, but just under half a mile from Paisley Cross. It does, however, have a great reputation in the town, and so it is definitely worth the trouble.
